At EV MONKEY, we strive to ensure fast, careful, and reliable delivery of your order.

Processing

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery within the Netherlands

Orders placed on a business day before 5:00 PM are, in most cases, delivered the next business day.

We ship with DHL, and you will always receive a Track & Trace link once your order has been shipped.

International Delivery

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the following shipping rates and estimated delivery times apply:

Delays

Although we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, delays may exceptionally occur due to external factors such as carrier congestion, weather conditions, or customs procedures. No rights may be derived from such delays.
